01 / OUR APPROACH

Turning strategic goals
into shared action.

01

Define the opportunity

We assess whether goals are both ambitious and realistic. Together, we break the initiative down into manageable steps and create a playbook with clear deliverables, responsibilities and an overview of risks.

02

Support implementation

We work closely with the teams and the initiative sponsor. From launch to final review, we track progress, risks and opportunities, providing support wherever implementation stalls.

03

Engage teams

We help shape collaboration among everyone involved. Agile ways of working and coaching help teams respond to change and build the capabilities to implement future initiatives independently.

Clear direction. Connected initiatives. A strong foundation.

1. Purpose & vision

What does the company stand for? Where does it want to be in two, five or ten years?

2. Strategic priorities

Where do we want to succeed? Which key goals guide everyday decisions – and what do we deliberately choose not to pursue?

3. Strategic initiatives

Which specific initiatives will take us there? We link them to measurable goals and relevant performance indicators.

4. Enablers

Which technologies, processes and skills do teams need to implement the initiatives?

5. Foundation

How do we develop people, culture and the organisation to sustain implementation over the long term?

BUSINESS SPRINT EXPERIENCE

Delivering initiatives together, with agility.

A four-step process over 2–4 weeks. The Business Sprint combines clear goals with joint planning, agreed actions and a structured review.

  1. 01
    Goals & feasibility

Assess feasibility and align expected outcomes with the budget and medium-term planning.

    • Define incentives.
    • Where needed, incorporate goals into accounting and enterprise risk management.
  2. 02
    Increments

Engage the leadership team in a kick-off and establish the starting point through interviews.

    • Appoint the project lead and sponsor.
    • Define workstreams and incremental steps.
    • Specify tangible deliverables.
  3. 03
    Playbook

Capture implementation in a shared plan of action.

    • Define the timeline, milestones and project deliverables.
    • Agree on working tools and a risk overview.
    • Agree on collaboration and governance routines.
    • Track progress with OKRs, KPIs or other relevant measures.
  4. 04
    Retrospective

Review goal achievement, collaboration and the overall experience of the initiative.

    • Identify needs for change and transformation.
    • Consider unintended effects.
    • Assess the contribution to organisational performance.

04 / SPECIFIC INITIATIVES

Where we can
support you.

Markets & growth

Go-to-market for product launches and new business areas, market leadership, customer excellence and business model development.

This also includes pricing adjustments, sales excellence, sales playbooks, compensation models and reducing customer churn.

Organisation & performance

Cost reduction, reorganisation and post-merger integration (PMI). We support the development of a target operating model (TOM) and a high-performance organisation (HPO).

Digitalisation & management

Digital transformation and the digitalisation of processes and organisations. Using OKRs and relevant performance indicators, we make goals and progress visible in everyday work.

People & change

Culture development, change management and agile collaboration, alongside leadership coaching, talent development and support for career transitions through outplacement.

The task determines the method.

We use Business Sprint, design thinking, benchmarking and feasibility assessments. Depending on the initiative, we add workshops, facilitation, coaching or interim management and support the sponsor in their role.

05 / GO-TO-MARKET

Entering new markets.
Planning for implementation.

For Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we consider strategy, marketing, sales, fulfilment and governance as a connected whole. This aligns the route to market with the organisation responsible for delivering it.
